Meet Pat Grosser
Pat Grosser’s passion for her work as a Life Coach is driven by her desire to help women make life-enriching choices, navigate through life’s changes and transitions mindfully, and find joy, fulfillment and balance in their everyday lives. She cares about each client’s hopes and dreams and works hard to help them succeed according to their values, desires, and what is most important to them.
Pat’s career path, training, and life experience have given her coaching depth, perspective, and understanding. She has been a teacher, businesswoman, trainer, counselor, retreat facilitator, and writer. Her training through Coach U, an ICF* accredited program, has equipped her well in all aspects of coaching. She also received certifications from ICF and CCN**. The rewards and challenges of her personal life have made her a more effective Life Coach. She has been a widow, single parent, an empty nester and grandmother of three precious grandchildren. In addition, Pat knows what it is like to change careers and start over following long distance moves. And she is a cancer survivor who now coaches Life after Cancer groups and individuals in addition to her regular practice as a Life Coach. As a result, she has written a booklet for cancer survivors, 75 Tips for Getting Unstuck after Cancer, that even those without a cancer connection have found useful.
Pat now lives in Maine where she enjoys walking the lovely beaches and spending time with friends and family. Her faith keeps everything in perspective and gives her peace and joy.
